Purchaser, Sales Order Processing

Key jobs duties include:
Create and manage documentation to process transactions including purchase orders, sales orders, shipping documents, and invoices
Maintain positive customer relationships by communicating accurate order details and informing involved parties of any changes or delays
Correspond with vendors to purchase product; ensuring order accuracy, price accuracy, and shipping deadlines are met
Track and manage orders until delivery is completed, ensuring delivery dates are met and problem solving product or shipping issues
Maintain inventory by tracking product sales, adjusting stock levels, carrying out physical inventory counts
Support other internal departments acting as the point of contact between the company and vendors.
