Return for Credit items: Any non-defective items returned to DataVisual or the manufacturer must be returned within 90 days, unopened, in their original A1 condition. Items found to be opened, used or in an unsellable condition will be returned at the dealer’s expense and no credit will be issued. A restocking fee may apply to items returned to DataVisual.
Evaluation of defective units may be done by the manufacturer support team or the DataVisual support team.
Defective items must be returned as directed by the DataVisual support team to the appropriate repair/exchange centre. The product may be returned to DataVisual only after you receive shipping instructions and a notice of authorization. Products returned under an RMA will be at the Buyer’s risk and expense. Products returned without a valid RMA number will be sent back to the Buyer at Buyer’s risk and expense.
Any item found to be damaged due to dealer or end-user error will be refused and returned at the dealer’s expense.
In the case of advance replacements, the dealer will be invoiced for the new unit and will be responsible for both the new and original charges, if the original order is not returned to DataVisual or the manufacturer within 15 days.
Warranty is covered through the manufacturer and not DataVisual. All warranty claims are subject to manufacturer approval.
It is your responsibility to delete all data before shipping the product to DataVisual. DataVisual is not responsible for loss, recovery, or compromise of data that may exist on the returned product.
